How do I track my order?

Online order: If you placed the order over the phone and we have your email, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your basket on our website. If we don’t have your email address, you can contact us and we can track it for you.

If I order today, when will the basket arrive?

Here at Ruma’s, each basket is made when ordered and then shipped immediately (Monday-Friday) or on the date that you requested.

If you placed your order before 2 pm EST, it will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship the next day. Please check our delivery map for estimated delivery times.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

I want to order a large amount of baskets. Can I email the order?

Our online shopping cart allows you to enter up to 25 orders with different addresses. If you would like to order more than 25 baskets, please refer to our Quick Ordering System.

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts offered:

Orders Between $500 – $999, Receive a 3% Discount

Orders Between $1000 - $2499, Receive a 5% Discount

How do I remove myself from your mailing list?

We send catalogs to customers who have ordered from us and to recipients of our gift baskets. To be removed from our mailing list, simply call or email at sales@rumasfruit.com with your name, address, and catalog code which is found on the back of the catalog.

Do you ship on Saturdays?

We deliver to select areas on Saturdays.  Please contact us to see if we can make a Saturday delivery.

Do you ship on Sundays?

No, we do not ship or deliver on Sundays. During the December holiday season, we occasionally make local deliveries on Sundays. (Boston, MA area only)
