Preferred Customer Programs

Our preferred customers are individuals who order gifts baskets frequently, but are not associated with a company or corporation.  We at Ruma's believe that our customers deserve as much attention to detail as our corporate clients do.

As a preferred customer, you will experience the following benefits:

• Personal Gift Consultant - You will be assigned your own consultant to help you with all of your gift giving needs. Our sales staff is trained to assist you from start to finish.
• Address Book - Forgot which gifts were sent to whom last year? We have all of your orders on file, and would be happy to help. Simply contact your own personal gift consultant.
• Discounts - All customers with large volume orders are entitled to discounts.  Please contact your gift consultant for more information.
• New Catalogs - As a preferred customer, you will receive each new catalog as it is published as well as special discount offers and sales.
• Setting up an account - Your account is set up during your first order.  If you would like to set up an account prior to your first purchase, simply request a catalog.  This section allows us the information needed for you to become a preferred customer.
